There's a pick up charge and a mileage charge. The minimum charge is approximately $8. No tipping allowed.
You can try the service while you still own and operate a car.
The road to mobility begins with an annual membership fee ($50 for individuals and $70 for a family membership) and a prepaid Personal Transportation Account™ based on estimated usage. Since you don't pay cash and we only use private automobiles, riding with ITN is more like riding with a friend than taking a taxi.
The Road Scholarship™ program is available for low-income riders. Please call and we will mail you a simple application form.
Customer service and consumer choice are paramount. You can plan in advance or ride on demand; ride alone or share a ride; ride by the hour or by the mile.
The following programs are additional benefits of membership:
- Ride & Shop™ and Healthy Miles™ programs. Shop at participating businesses and health care providers who help pay for your rides.
- Gift Certificate program. Friends and family can give you a lift by purchasing ITN gift certificates for birthdays, Mother's Day, or any occasion.
- Reach Out Program. Refer a new member or volunteer and receive a $5 gift certificate.
- CarTrade programs. Receive a possible tax deduction or ITN ride credits for yourself or others when you donate or trade your car.
- In addition to the satisfaction of knowing you are supporting this effort, every ITN riding member receives a $5 birthday gift certificate for transportation and the quarterly newsletter.
